Once again, the eastern German town of Görlitz has received half a million euros from an anonymous donor. Each year since 1995, the mystery person has transferred a huge sum to go towards the restoration of the old town. Görlitz will only continue to benefit from the donor's generosity as long as the donor's identity remains a secret.
