G7 leaders are gathering in southwestern England. Boris Johnson, Joe Biden, Angela Merkel and the others have lots to discuss. Russia will be high on the agenda, with China, human rights and climate change amongst other issues. But is the G7 still relevant? Phil Gayle asked Professor John J. Kirton, Director of the G7 Research Group at the University of Toronto.
