Gault & Millau: Germany's Chef of the Year

Andreas Krolik from the Frankfurt restaurant "Lafleur" has been named Chef of the Year 2017 by the Gault & Millau guide. He's the first chef in Germany who regularly features vegan dishes on his menu.
