Heavy rains and flooding in Gaza have turned temporary camps housing displaced Palestinians into swamps. The worst could yet be to come, with forecasters expecting the harshest winter since the Israel-Hamas war began.

Heavy rains have turned makeshift camps in Gaza into swamps, which has left displaced Palestinians struggling to protect their families.

Despite a ceasefire, thousands remain without proper shelter, fearing for their children as forecasters warn this winter could be the harshest since the conflict began.
