We visit the "Schwarzwaldstube" Restaurant in Baiersbronn in southern Germany to see what has made Chef Harald Wohlfahrt become the only German chef to retain a Michelin 3-star ranking uninterrupted for two decades. Wohlfahrt also earned top place in the Michelin book for his special oyster-caviar meal.
