Olaf Scholz met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. Scholz is concerned about the high number of civilian casualties in Gaza and insufficient aid reaching the territory. But Netanyahu doubled down on extending the ground offensive to Rafah soon.
