Shingái Rüch-wayha comes from Zimbabwe but she now calls this city Berlin her home. In fact she likes it so much she works in the tourism industry in charge of marketing for a bicycle taxi firm. And although she misses her Mum's homemade oxtail soup she's very fond of German cooking. In our series "German cooking for beginners" Shingai's going to learn a traditional way here of serving roast duck.
