German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives and the opposition Social Democrats have agreed on renewable energy policy as part of talks on building a grand coalition. The parties have imposed a deadline of having a coalition accord by the end of the month. Another round of talks got underway Monday afternoon in Berlin.
