German Industrial Output Declines

Industrial output in Germany fell in March for the second month in a row, according to data published by he German Economy and Labor Ministry. The decline was influenced by a downturn in the construction sector as a result of unseasonably bad weather, the ministry reported. Based on a two-month comparison, pan-German industrial output dropped by 1.2 percent in February and March, compared to December and January.
