Germany faces tough competition in the soccer tournament it's hosting next year as a prelude to the World Cup in 2006. The German national team faces tough South American squad Argentina, Tunisia and Australia in its group, according to the drawing for the Confederations Cup in Frankfurt on Monday. In the other group, Brazil, Japan, Greece and Mexico do battle. The tournament will be held from June 15 to June 29 next year in five German cities. The World Cup follows in 2006.
