German Chancellor Olaf Scholz says 600 million euros in new military aid has been delivered to Ukraine. Scholz was meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Berlin, as the Ukrainian president tours European capitals to secure more money and weapons for his country's war with Russia.
