Germany ponders a role in a postwar Ukraine

A debate is brewing in Germany about what a peace settlement for Ukraine might look like — once the fighting stops. Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock says Ukraine would need guarantees for its future security, and possibly NATO membership or an "international presence" to keep the peace. But what exactly could Germany contribute?
