Germany has sent its second shipment of emergency aid to India. The first consignment included 120 ventilators, and medicines. This time, Germany is also sending over a group of health experts to train members of the Indian Red Cross. Several European countries and other nations, including the US and Taiwan have also joined the aid effort.
