Out of 400 applicants, only 34 met the German language requirements. For hopefuls Ruth Wairimu and Alfred Mburu, the move promises better pay and a new life, though learning the language remains a challenge. According to German agencies and Bavarian hotels, motivation and strong communication skills are key to success.
