Germany's climate envoy sees 'map on the way forward'

At COP29, delegates are negotiating over a plan that foresees wealthy countries paying around $250 billion per year to help developing nations combat the effects of global warming. Developing nations have been rejecting the plan so far. Germany's Climate Envoy Jennifer Morgan says participants are "working hard" to reach an agreement.
