Germany's far-right AfD wins big in state elections

Projected results show the Alternative for Germany party has won in Thuringia's state election. It's the first time since World War II that a far-right party has come first in a regional vote. In the neighboring state of Saxony, projections showed the AfD coming a close second to the conservative CDU.
