Germany's FM Baerbock on surprise visit to Syria

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has arrived in Damascus. Baerbock is expected to meet with Syria's de facto ruler, HRT leader Ahmad al-Sharaa, and several civil rights groups. DW's Matthew Moore has the latest.
