Germany's highest court court orders a retrial in the case of an immigrant who died in policy custody

Germany's High Court says a police officer acquitted in the death of an asylum seeker five years ago must stand trial again. The asylum seeker - Oury Yalloh from Sierra Leone - burned to death in a police cell in the eastern German city of Dessau. The court said the trial had to be reopened because too many questions remained unanswered.
