Germany's next leaders secure a coalition agreement to govern for the next four years NEU

After more than three weeks of talks, Germany's next leaders have finally hammered out a new coalition deal. The agreement between the conservatives of Angela Merkel and her new partners, the business-friendly free democrats -- sets out the new government's policy goals. Top of the list are tax cuts, education and healthcare reform. The party leaders are due to sign the deal on Monday. +++SYN-MAZ+++
