We head to the Ecuadorian capital Quito to try a traditional fish delicacy that’s prepared according to an old family recipe. We snack on “Las corvinas de la sierra” - or sea bass of the mountains.

Patricia Godon took over her parents' food business and has continued to prepare the family's specialty. The fish is seasoned, breaded and topped with a delicious stew made of mussels and prawns.
