Golan Heights: Druze families long for peace and reunion

In the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, DW met a Druze family near the Syrian border who have been separated for decades. The Golan Heights is home to about 50,000 residents, split between Jewish Israelis and Druze—a minority ethno-religious Arab sect, most of whom consider themselves Syrian despite holding Israeli residency.
