There is some positive progress in Greece's debt drama. One EU Commissioner says the country has done everything needed to clinch more cash. Eurozone finance ministers were in Luxembourg - and they said yes to another payment of over 1 billion euros to the deeply endebted nation. It'll get that money right away with more to come by the end of the month. It's a lifeline for Greece.
