How Greece wildfires led to deadly helicopter collision

Two crew members were killed after amid-air collision during a firefighting mission near Athens. Greece has experienced high temperatures and very strong winds, making efforts to contain wildfires extremely difficult.

Greece's wave of wildfires claimed two more victims when water-bomber helicopters collided fighting the Psatha wildfire. One aircraft crashed with no survivors. The other helicopter's crew was rescued.
