#Turkeys Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdowan, says his government will begin work on a new constitution following victory on a referendum on constitutional reform. The government scored a yes vote of 58 per cent compared to 42 per cent for the no vote. The big win has boosted the party's chances of winning a third term of single-party rule at an election due within 10 months.
