'Hijab bullying' a concern at Indonesian schools

Officially Muslim schoolgirls in Indonesia do not have to cover their heads with hijabs. But over time, local authorities in two-thirds of the country's provinces have made it mandatory. Thanks to peer and teacher pressure, even some non-Muslim girls feel they must cover their heads.
