HIV Treatment - testing a therapeutic immunization

Medications are available that suppress the human immunodeficiency virus, HIV. Patients must, however, take them daily, and the drugs can have severe side-effects. Now clinical trials are underway to see if a therapeutic immunization can give HIV/AIDS patients a better quality of life.
