Three elderly nuns broke out of a retirement home to return to their convent. The Augustinian sisters had lived there for 60 years and were allegedly relocated against their will. All of Austria is talking about them.

Three elderly nuns in Austria, Sisters Bernadette, Rita and Regina, have reclaimed their convent after being moved to a retirement home against their will. Despite missing belongings and funds, they insist they can live independently.

Their story has sparked public support and gone viral on social media, where they share daily life in the convent, now without basic utilities or church support.
