ARCHIV - Zahlreiche durch Flugzeuge verursachte Kondensstreifen sind am 12.03.2011 bei Sonnenaufgang am viel beflogenen Himmel über Frankfurt am Main zu sehen. Die Einbeziehung ausländischer Fluglinien in den EU-Handel mit Luftverschmutzungsrechten ist erlaubt. Das entschied der Europäische Gerichtshof am Mittwoch (21.12.2011) in Luxemburg. Der Emissionshandel verpflichtet Unternehmen, Rechte für den Ausstoß des Treibhausgases Kohlenstoffdioxid zu kaufen. Ab 1.
