While fighting continues on the ground in Ukraine, Kyiv has intensified its strikes deep inside Russian territory. Oil refineries, ammunition plants, and energy infrastructure are among the main targets. DW spoke with Orysia Lutsevych of the Ukraine Forum at Chatham House about the impact of those attacks.
