As temperatures climb in Ukraine, Russian attacks seem to have shifted focus from energy infrastructure to critical water supplies, petrol stations and civilian institutions in an effort to drive out Ukrainians,

Russian attacks in Ukraine are increasingly targeting civilian infrastructure, shifting from energy to water systems, fuel supplies and public services.

In the Kharkiv region, petrol stations have been wiped out and a key reservoir serving about 1 million residents was hit by multiple glide bombs.

Authorities warn major cities face water shortages, while residents and NGOs prepare emergency reserves and decentralized supply systems to cope.
