Anders Behring Breivik’s attacks nearly three years ago caused both a very public, national trauma and untold stories of personal grief in Norway. Now plans for a national memorial for the 69 who died on the Utoya island are being met with protests from people who say they don’t want a daily reminder of what they witnessed on 22 July 2011. Lars Bevanger reports.
