How would Kerry as the US president reflect on Tony Blair?

United States Republicans were hoping that Howard Dean would be the democratic challenger to George W. Bush in November. But now it’s Senator John Kerry which has the British Prime Minister Tony Blair worried. Insiders have been saying Blair was hoping to call a general election in May next year. But it’s likely Senator Kerry will be attacking America's foreign policy under George Bush - and that's a policy which Tony Blair has helped build. A blow against George Bush is also a blow against Tony Blair.
