Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has vetoed a plan to send Ukraine another €50 billion in EU aid. With Hungary refused access to billions in EU funding, it has now blocked an amendment to the EU budget which would allow the bloc to send crucial cash to Ukraine.
