The fear of blushing is widespread. Blushing is an instantaneous response to a situation we find potentially embarrassing, and it is a big problem for many people who have social anxiety disorder. The good news: You can do something about it. First try some relaxation techniques like autogenic trainig. And be sure to seek professional help - like behavioural therapy - soon, as fear may spread to other areas of daily life. So go and see your GP about the problem - it's worth it.
