Ice Climbing in Norway

To ice climb everything has to be frozen over - including waterfalls. That’s why we’re heading to the Hardangervidda National Park near the town of Geilo, about 250 kilometres west of Oslo in Norway where the temperature dips to about minus 15 degrees Celsius, creating perfect conditions for ice climbers to tackle a 70-meter-high wall of ice.
