Iceland digs its way out of the crisis

Iceland is pushing ahead with plans to give mortgage holders a break on their debt. During the financial crisis, Iceland was one of the hardest hit countries, and the economy is just starting to crawl back. The country plans to spend nearly one billion euros to help average Icelanders cope with their rising mortgages.
