It took a tragedy for the world to take notice of a region where people work under disastrous conditions. But has anything changed?

On 24 April 2013, a textile factory in Dhaka collapsed. More than 1,100 people were killed. The tragedy triggered widespread debate. One year on, what has changed for clothing companies, for suppliers, and especially, for the seamstresses?
