EU officials say they expect to finish talks on the details of financial bailout for Greece by early May. Greece has asked for a loan of some 45 billion euros from the EU and the IMF, but can only draw the money if all eurozone countries agree to the request. Germany has consented in principle to help Greece but is demanding more painful cuts from Athens. Measures aimed at boosting the economy, however are already proving unpopular.
