Indonesia`s Income Gap

Indonesia's new president has a big job on his hands trying to boost investment and close the country's growing income gap.

Indonesia has a new president, but the same old problems: widespread poverty, chronic corruption and weak investment. Joko Widodo has promised to bring about a change in fortunes, particularly for the millions of people who have so-far missed out on an opportunity to join the wealthy middle classes.
