Intergovernmental accord for Nabucco pipeline project is signed in Ankara

Four EU countries and Turkey have signed a deal for a pipeline, which will pump billions of cubic metres of gas from the Caspian Sea to Austria via Turkey and the Balkans, bypassing Russia.
