India is well-known as an outsourcing hub. In cities like Bangalore and Mumbai, international companies employ thousands of people to work in call centers and other offices. Ajay Chaturvedi had the idea of introducing the practice to rural areas too.

Ajay Chaturvedi had the idea to introduce the practice to rural areas too. He's building small-scale IT centers to train up people in the countryside. Most of the trainees are women. For many of them, it's an important step towards living an independent life.
