Iran considers a draft I-A-E-A deal for Tehran's controversial nuclear program

US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton says Iran must take quick action in accepting an International Atomic Energy Agency deal effectively reducing Tehran's stockpile of enriched uranium. Clinton's comments come as the IAEA presented the draft agreement to Iran and three world powers for approval within the next 48 hours. The plan requires Tehran to send low enriched uranium to France and Russia for processing.
