New Iran protests break out amid US military buildup

In Tehran, fresh anti-government protests have broken out amid escalating US-Iran tensions. US President Donald Trump has warned of possible US military action.

Iran has seen its first large rallies since January's crackdown, with students protesting at universities in Tehran. The unrest comes as the US increases its military presence in the region, with US President Donald Trump warning that military action is possible if no deal is reached on Iran's nuclear programme. Iran's president has said the country will not yield to US pressure.
