A new UN report calls two strikes carried out by the US in Iran "indiscriminate."

It says that at least 178 civilians, including women and children, were killed in the attacks, one of which targeted a school in the southern city of Minab.

The US State Department has not yet responded to the report, which says the school was apparently treated as a military target because of outdated information.
