Irish voters have begun casting their ballots in a referendum on the EU's new reform treaty. Ireland is the only member of the EU holding a public vote on the Lisbon Treaty, and a "no" vote could derail the pact. The treaty is meant to replace the draft constitution for the bloc which was rejected by Dutch and French voters in 2005. Latest opinion polls in Ireland suggest today's vote could go either way
