Is Eastern Europe right to be afraid of Russia?

Russia has started moving nuclear-capable missiles to Kaliningrad, a Russian enclave in the Baltic Sea in close proximity to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. A number of officials in eastern European countries have expressed alarm over what they see as Russia's provocations.
