US President Donald Trump recently ordered the military to prepare for a "possible military action" in Nigeria. Trump argues the intervention is necessary to stop what he describes as a genocide against Christians. On the other hand, Nigeria flatly rejects Trump's assertion. "It's impossible for there to be a religious persecution that can be supported in any way, shape, or form by the government of Nigeria at any level."
