Welcome back for biz ID. Since the eruption last week of Germany's biggest-ever tax evasion scandal, a huge debate has also erupted here in Germany's about what's causing the problem. Many complain that taxes here in Europe's largest economy are too high and that the tax system is too complex. A new survey by Price Waterhouse Coopers shows that Germany actually comes out looking pretty when compared to other nations.
