The two-day extension of the Israel-Hamas truce has allowed for more hostages in Gaza and Palestinian prisoners in Israel to be released. The Hamas hostages released include dual nationals from France, Argentina and Germany. The international community is continuing its peace efforts and expects more captives to regain their freedom.
