Israeli settlers have increased attacks on Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and vandalized their olive groves during the harvesting season. DW met with affected farmers in Turmus Ayya.

Palestinian olive farmers in the Israeli-occupied West Bank face growing violence during harvest season.

Families report attacks by armed Israeli settlers, destruction of trees and military restrictions.

Over 126 incidents have been recorded since October. For many Palestinians, olive trees are not just a source of income but an integral part of their heritage.

Fear and uncertainty now overshadow the tradition of the olive harvest.
